Production process and flow
Raw material preparation: Purchase high-quality recycled materials, such as mineral water bottle cap particles and polypropylene.
Wire drawing: The raw materials are drawn into filaments through a wire drawing machine. We control the thickness, color and flexibility of the wires to the highest standards by adjusting the temperature and rotation speed.
Net weaving: The fine wires are woven into a mesh structure using a close-mesh warp knitting machine. We control the weaving density and structure to ensure the uniformity and flatness of the roof safety net.
Cutting and sewing: Cut into suitable sizes according to customer needs, sew, and add accessories such as side ropes and tie ropes.
Inspection and packaging: The finished products are inspected for quality and packaged for shipment after passing the inspection.
