Production process
Raw material preparation: Select suitable fiber materials (such as polyethylene, etc.) as the basic raw materials.
Hot melt drawing: After the polyethylene particles are evenly stirred, they are melted, extruded, stretched and other processes are carried out through the drawing machine to make plastic wires, which are collected with a shaft-shaped disc head and enter the next process. In this process, the melting temperature and water temperature must be controlled to ensure that the gloss, thickness and flexibility of the wire meet the standards.
Weaving processing: Install the disc head on the mesh warp knitting machine to weave the fiber wire into a mesh structure. This is the main part of the heavy safety net. In this process, the mesh accuracy and hole size must be adjusted to meet the use requirements of different scenarios.
Surface treatment: The finished product is subjected to special treatment such as waterproofing and UV protection as needed to increase its service life.
Quality inspection: Each batch of products must undergo strict quality inspection to ensure that it meets the relevant standard requirements.

We have introduced advanced equipment and a professional team to ensure the quality of our products. Our equipment has warp knitting machines with a width of 2 meters, 4 meters and 6 meters. This allows us to weave meshes of different widths, and meshes of 1 meters,2 meters, 3 meters, 4 meters, 5 meters and 6 meters in width can all be produced.
