Coloring materials for mezzanine safety nets

Production process of mezzanine safety net

Material preparation: Select high-strength, weather-resistant raw materials, add preservatives, UV-blocking agents and other additives to improve the anti-corrosion and UV-proof performance of the sandwich safety net, and stir evenly.

Wire drawing: Accurately control the cooling water temperature and melting temperature to produce plastic wire with appropriate thickness, color and flexibility.

Weaving: Use a dense mesh loom for weaving, control the weaving structure and weaving density, and ensure that the mesh density meets the specified requirements.

Sewing: Cut and sew the woven tubular mesh according to customer requirements, wrap the rope around the edge of the mesh and sew it together to ensure it is firm.

Punching nails: Punch holes in the mesh to facilitate the passage of the rope for hanging the safety net.
