Extrusion and drawing: Heat and melt the dyeing material through the extruder to make it into plastic wire to ensure the thickness, color and strength of the plastic wire.

Weaving and forming: The plastic wire is woven into a mesh structure through a warp knitting machine to ensure the density, flatness and uniformity of the olive net.

Cutting and sewing: Cut into appropriate sizes according to needs, and reinforce and sew the edges.

Quality inspection: Carry out strength, durability and other tests to ensure product qualification.

The main raw material is high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which has excellent mechanical properties and weather resistance. It has the characteristics of good tensile strength and anti-aging.

Coloring materials of black olive net:

Food-grade environmentally friendly black masterbatch is used to ensure uniform color and safety and non-toxicity.
