Orange Barrier Netting is a kind of safety protection product widely used in construction sites, road construction, sports events and other scenes. Its main function is to play a warning and isolation role, ensuring the safety of personnel and preventing unauthorized entry.
Production process
Raw material preparation: Select suitable synthetic fibers as raw materials.
Stirring and drawing: Stir the polyethylene particles evenly and then use a drawing machine to make the particles into plastic wire. In this process, the water temperature and hot melt temperature must be controlled to ensure that the thickness and flexibility of the wire meet the standards.
Weaving processing: The wire is woven into a mesh structure through professional weaving machinery. Then the mesh is cut into suitable sizes according to customer requirements.
Forming and reinforcement: The woven net is reinforced by heat treatment or other methods to increase its stability and durability.
Quality inspection: After completing the above steps, it must undergo strict quality inspection before it can be shipped out of the factory.
Packaging and transportation
Packaging: Generally, plastic film is used for wrapping, and wooden boxes, cartons, etc. are used for further reinforcement and protection according to customer needs.
Transportation: Considering the volume and weight of the product, trucks are usually chosen to deliver it to the destination; for long-distance or overseas orders, sea or air transportation services may be required.
