The process of scaffolding safety net

The production process mainly includes raw material screening, stirring, melting, drawing, weaving, cutting, packaging, etc. Among them, melting, drawing and weaving are the most important. First, we control the thickness, gloss and pulling strength of the plastic wire by controlling the melting temperature and rotation speed to meet the standards. In this process, we add UV protection additives and corrosion-resistant materials to ensure that the mesh has UV protection and corrosion resistance. In the weaving stage, we use high-precision weaving equipment to weave it into a mesh structure. The mesh size is controlled by adjusting the density to ensure that the hole size is uniform and the mesh is flat and not deformed. Finally, it is cut into the appropriate size according to customer requirements.

Product packaging

The packaging method is generally roll packaging, which is rolled into a roll and sealed with a plastic packaging bag. This method is generally large in size. It can also be folded and packaged. After folding, several are bundled together and tied into a bundle with a plastic tie. This method is generally small in size.
